A Grade wood, otherwise known as clean wood is tipped for recycling. This wood must be pallet wood and virgin timber that has not been treated. The materials will be processed through at least two machines to provide woodchip suitable for use as biomass or the production of chipboard at board mills.
If a load contains any C Grade wood such as MDF, Ply, chipboard etc. then it must be tipped as Mixed Wood.
